Our Head Chef has carefully put this menu together and uses only the finest local ingredients where possible. Our pork comes fresh from Wicks Manor farm in Maldon and our fish is delivered fresh from Mersea.
We offer a wide selection of wines to compliment any meal from fruity Merlot to a full bodied Shiraz as well as crisp whites that will suit any dish especially fish. Should you wish to spoil yourself we have a good stock of champagnes from Moet Chandon through to Laurent Perrier Rose and Krug Grande Cuvee.
